Good
morning!
I'm
accustomed myself to making smoothies in the morning. I pour it in a sport
bottle and take to work. So I can have tasty and enriched bite in the first
half of the day. Yesterday I had orange smoothie with carrots, papaya and
almond milk.
Today
I have green smoothie (for two):
- 2 kiwi
- 1 green apple
- 1 glass of water
- Couple pieces of a pineapple
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of stevia
